        only if you don't know how to use them but yes they are a high risk product when cooking.
        It uses the low and slow method, low temperatures for long times…

      I can't find a review, but it's not circulated, and only has increments of 1 degree C, and has no mention of accuracy in the manual. Still pretty cheap at that price though!

      If you wanted to go serious, I'd pay the extra for a sansaire or anova.

      I got one last time they were available there. I mainly use it for cooking steaks and I am happy with it.

      Yes, Hubby bought one last year, works fine. Size seems fine, though it depends how many you're cooking for, I guess.

        I am thinking about getting it as a stockpot as well as a pressure cooker. I am going to see it before buying it (though at that price, it's far cheaper than the alternatives).

          I'm not sure whether you can do a coversion between psi and kPa, but the instruction book gives kPa - 100kPa at high pressure, 60kPa at low pressure.
