I think you mean "in stock". Learn to English.

  • It's earphone not head phone.

    • +1

Yes, I agree with you they are an in-earphone, however the Bose packaging does say 'headphone".

If you prefer "headphone", we have the QC25's available for the same price.

Expensive… Unless these are the new ones
Store in castle hill that sells the same/older ones for 319. sydney hifi

oh right.. must of went up, checked last week..

        • No problems, I am pretty sure all dealers went on a clearing rampage to clear their original QC20 stocks. Bose rarely communicate what the differences are when they are about to launch a "new" model and we all thought there might be some other significant change other than just colour and a tweek of the model names. By the way, we normally only find out the same day as the new stocks become available (they are a bit like Apple with their product launches)

  • your blurb is somewhat misleading…the QC20s aren't really "new" as in "just released", since they were available at least from mid 2013.

    • +2

Bose have relaunched these as QC20 for Apple and QC20 for Android in 2 new colours, you have the originals that were either QC20i or QC20 in either a grey finish or black and white stripe. I think we might have 1 or 2 of these originals left, however the deal is on the new release stock now.

$335 for headphones and they don't even work on all my devices? Yeah, bargain!

    • +2

Yeah, I guess it's a Beta vs VHS argument there. Even though both models have all the same features, the connections on the Apple and Android devices uses different configurations of the TRRS standard. The world would be much simpler for all of us if they standardised on 1 standard.

  • its still an earphone, two small thingie stucks in to your ear lobe. annoying and itching. and 300 bucks!
no thanks i prefer over ear headphones.

You're missing the point, these are great, the best for active noise cancelling. For sound reproduction, they are pretty average.
Being in ear means smaller size, far more convenient then the traditional over the head style cases. For a 15.5hr flight, I can assure you, these are far more comfortable to deal with than over the ear, with the head band that starts to annoy the crap out of me.
I love these for flying and washing the car.

  • I recently bought the QC25 at $335 and they are sensational. I will claim back the GST under the TRS on my next overseas trip bringing down the net cost to $304.55.

New one is QC20i btw not QC20

    • +3

Actually the the QC20i is effectively the "old model" according to Bose. All fresh stock is labeled as "QC20 for Apple Devices" or "QC20 for Samsung and Android Devices"

This "associated" is on the ball today, shutting everyone up. Knowing a ton of information and awesome reply time.

    • +1

And doing it quite politely and professionally too I might add. Too bad I just spent money on QC25s… I would've considered these for sure. They're easily the best noise cancelling head(ear) phones I've tried (and I've tried a lot) and ultra comfortable.

Thankyou for your kind words Yongaz
