          Thanks tightarse, unfortunately specsavers won't give me my prescription. I just finished the 7 day trial. The optometrist and I wanted to try a weaker prescription. However, in the meantime, I want to order a box using the original prescription but when I called specsavers they said "the optometrist has not finalised the prescription. We can't access it".

          :(.

    I got my prescription from Specsavers for contact lenses. I want to purchase a different brand, e.g., J&J, of daily disposable contact lenses from Specsavers.com, however the Base Curve and Diameter do not match for other brands with the prescription given. The Specsaver (aka easyvision) branded contact lenses give me dry eyes. Can I order other branded contact lenses with closer, but not matching, diameter and base curve numbers? — I'll put in the correct Sphere of course.

    Hi Jack Hawks,

    Was wondering if you give me a hand. I placed an order for some lenses and the code work fine all the way till it required payment. I was conscience about the before midnight deal and tried clearing my basket twice but it didn't quite work out. Code was applied and I could see the discount, but when checking out, thats when the discount was removed.

    Hi Jack,

    I couldn't process my order yesterday (23/6/2015) when I was trying to order some contact lenses. The code didn't work for me and "Please enter a valid promotion code or click Place order" kept on popping up. I tried to enter the code at about noon and it didn't seem to be working.
