used incognito mode in chrome on my mobile, went to delivery hero site (mobile version), typed in my post code and went to the list of restaurants, left phone for 5 mins and unlocked it and bam it was there
IDK what I have done wrong but doesn't work for me…
I've used incognito mode on FF, tried with Chrome and IE as well, scrolled as instructed and waited for 3~5 min…

thankyou, phone on 3g works for me. Except, I cannot get it to put the cursor into the field to type in my email address, tapping just isn't doing anything sigh god almighty hah. Might be cos I'm using the full site not the mobile site because the mobile site refused to find my postcode properly. Edit: ok got my email address in the field, just had to taptaptap until I hit the magic spot, now I'm trying to tap the damn Get Voucher button, very wish I'd just hit enter as someone suggested hah Edit 2: GOT IT! omg. Managed to click back into the field and hit Go. Hallelujah. Whew.
So yeh, phone 3g, in Melbourne (st kilda east), opened an Incognito tab with Chrome, went to deliveryhero.com.au, it switched to mobile site, couldn't get it to find my postcode properly, switched at some point somehow to normal version, browsed around a bit then set my phone down, checked it few mins later and tada. That wasn't hard ;)

Correction (Not the Request Desktop Site Option).
Click on 'View the Desktop Version' at the bottom of the page while on 3G or 4G. Worked for me every time.

Genius, worked on iPhone using cellular data. Had to turn phone to landscape to be able to enter email address and get code.

I tried everything. The only thing that worked was on mobile data. I waited for about 5mins or so and it just popped up. Followed OP's instructions and it worked.
Got it to work on a phone with 3/4g.
Would not work on a tablet with 3/4g.
Open - search suburb, move tab to 2nd screen. Forget about it doing sth else, pop up in less than 5 mins.

If you using Mac and Safari…and no need to clean cookies :)
Step 1: Enable Developer mode (to get mobile agent)
by Safari->Preferences->Advanced->tick the "Show Develop menu in menu bar"
Step 2: Open a new Private Window and click Develop->User Agent->Safari iOS…for iPhone/iPod NOT iPad
Step 3: Use the tab and Go to http://m.deliveryhero.com.au
and….wait…just wait about 1~2 mins…it will pop up
You might also open few more tab…and go back the the mobile version delivery hero tab…

You have to set the User Agent becoming "Safari iOS" before and use this tab to go to http://m.deliveryhero.com.au
I did exactly this. Opened a new window, clicked develop -> user agent -> safari iOs for iPhone. Then entered the mobile address in the same tab that I did that and it would still revert.

Took ages. Eventually opened on chrome incognito mode on mobile data. Tried several times and it didn't work, eventually came up by going into google, searching delivery hero, going to first link (the mobile site), punching in suburb and leaving phone for a few minutes. Unlocked and it was there.
Still works, but you have to try multiple times. I used pat320's method and some windows came up with it and some didn't.
Could be a coincedence, but 4g on Iphone -> desktop site -> search -> wait -> get coupon works for me, but only for Victorian postcodes!
When I put in the QLD one, pop up doesn't happen.

Finally made this POS work on a PC with Chrome. Had to install an extension though, the

Worked in incognito mode in Chrome on my mobile. Opened Delivery Hero site, set phone aside, came back and offer was sitting there. Typed in my email that Ive used with them before and worked no probs. Thanks electricbluee + Delivery Hero :)

If you have a pop-up blocker it may be blocking your requests. Disable that and try the methods above.

How could a noob run this script?
I've found the EASIEST way for those of you who don't know what you're doing AND have an iPhone (I'm sure it works for android as well, but I'm not sure how browser tabs and private browsing works on android phones.
Go into safari on your phone and TURN ON PRIVATE BROWSING (google it if you don't know how to do it)
Edit: Just go into safari, press the two overlapping squares in the bottom right hand side of the screen, click private. The browser should go grey instead of white.
Open a new tab (make sure you're in the private browser), type in deliveryhero.com.au, and copy this link. Go to the web page
Open a new tab, paste the link and load the web page
Open a new tab, paste the link and load the web page
Repeat * 10 (or however many tabs safari allows you to open) and let it sit for about a minute
Open each one of the tabs starting from the first and the popup will popup on most of them!
Enjoy.
Edit again: OK, you may be confused because it says you need to disable private browsing for it to work. But that doesn't matter. Just leave it and the popup will appear.

This is what I did on my iPhone and it worked.
1) Clear History on Safari browser
2) Clear Cookies on Safari (via Settings - Safari - Clear Cookies)
3) Open Safari and Go to Deliver Hero on the mobile Site. Enter my suburb. Scroll up and down. Filter set to online payments.
4) Scroll all the way down and click "View Desktop Site"
5) Scroll abit more.
6) Switched to Whatsapp for 5mins
7) Switched back to Safari. and Boom! it was there.
I may have done a few steps too many. But that was what I did to successfully get it.

I tried with on my PC - no luck.
Then tried on my phone - no luck.
Then gave up. Then went back to phone and it had appeared. Had safari browser on Private mode.
