A question, now I have one of those automatic espresso machines with a grinder that absolutely hates honey processed, i.e. "sticky" beans.
Are any of the listed beans like that? If yes any chance of swapping them with something else?

These are pretty much all washed coffees and not naturals or honey processed which is another term used for methods of natural processing.
You shouldn't have much problem with any of these except for perhaps the Brazilian. Leave a note in Paypal and I'll swap it out for you.

Are these shipped out by AusPost now. The first time I ordered from you it got returned by the courier because they won't deliver out of town. The actual reason was given as "address incomplete" - the only thing possibly missing from the address was a phone number so they could ring me up and tell me to come and get it from their depot. Since then I've been using my work address, but I'm trying to remember, I think the last lot might have been in an Auspost satchel - rather not use my work address if I don't have to.

Best results within about 4 weeks. After this the flavour profiles and crema will start to drop off leaving you with something similar to what you'd find in the supermarket
