For anyone out there, every Officeworks chair is SHIT, I got an expensive one there (like $500?) and it still broke in a year or two.
My current one came from Costco but they dont sell them anymore, it rocks though.

Can this seat lean back? When I'm watching a movie I like to put my feet up and lean back on the chair. I couldn't see that function listed in the item description. Would be grateful for those that own the chair to chime in . Thanks
Is this a comfortable chair if you cross one of your legs under the other leg when you sit on it?
That would moreso depend on your frame but i would say so yes, the base if very big.
This isn't like a managers chair, it has 3 levers like most office chair do, one for gas lift height one for the tilt of the base and one for the tilt of the backrest.
So you can lean that backrest back but in terms of doing something like that I find it cooler to do it in a managers chair where the base and backrest tilt together.
I sit on this at home and its comfy for leaning back when watching a movie i reckon, but probably not as good for you for working.

I convince work to buy a whole heap of these in the last sale and I've been sitting on it for the last two weeks, I'm fairly large framed 120KG and this is still a very big chair.
Does that make it too large a chair for 60kg f / 70kg m?
Thanks for your reply so it won't go back like a managers chair - I have to adjust it to lean back everytime? That would get a bit annoying. I looked at the cohen chair from office works but it is too big for my room. I want something that is smaller and more compact - like this chair.

I've had one of these for a bit over three years - it's been great. BUT recently (last few weeks) the gas lift has started suddenly dropping a cm or two, then a little while later it does it again.
The seat upholstery and padding is really good, the mesh back is good, the base and wheels are good - but the gas lift, not so much.
(Note: I'm less than 100kg)

I contacted OfficeMax (where I purchased mine) and they're going to send me a replacement gas lift.
