  Was going to place an order, but it wants to charge me $169.70 for shipping for 5 items! $589.10 if I want it express! Is this a mistake?

    The shipping charges are calculated using Auspost API and are based on the dimension and weight of all the products add together. Due to the many different shape, sizes and bulk of our products, the system can sometime get it wrong. If you are in remote area, the shipping charges can also become quite high. Please note that we also use e-go, a cheaper road based option but it can take up to 10 days for the order to arrive.

    The quoted shipping amounts are excessive indeed. If you will please send us an email ([email protected]) with your postcode and the products that you are interested in, we can accurately pack and measure it and then provide you with the exact shipping quote.
