Yeah I got the tab s 10.5 for around $360 during one of the previous sale. Ended up reselling it, great tab just too laggy for my use. I know you could use custom roms, but they also void your warranty. It's probably performs better on lollipop.
laggy? wow I've had one for 9mths & it's smooth as, even with umpteen zillions apps open int he background.
Yeah, that's a weird claim from Ronnnie. The TN800 has 3GB of RAM and a very solid CPU/GPU/SOC.
Maybe (s)he just doesn't like the Samsung UI?
Yeah I noticed people often say they don't see lag. I think if you are used to using something like an iPad or a nexus device you'll notice it a lot more. Just opening the app draw and swiping you'll see microstutters and lag on Touchwiz. often visiting a forum like this and typing a message you'll get a delay and have keystoke lag, or even typing in the address bar of the browser there'll be lag. Playing games like Asphalt or beach buggy racing lag also. The SoC really isn't powerful enough to push all those extra pixels on the screen. The same issues were even present on my note 4 to a lesser extent and it uses an S805, however Samsung has made TW on Lollipop to be less resource hungry and you only get the odd microstutter and lag browsing occasionally. So it probably has improved a lot on Tab S too.
The great things about the Tab s is the screen, battery life and how thin it is.

to get 268.95 the tab must have cost 336 and on ebay its available for click and collect only and ALL STORES ARE OUT OF STOCK!!!!!
so the best price for it would only be 319 (399 before C20EXTRA)
