Was looking for a decent mouse for laptop that works on most surfaces, and find it on DickSmith.

RRP $50+ cheapest price was $39 couple of days ago, second cheapest I can find was $47 several years back.
Offer ends today but checked with postcode 2032 and have plenty stock.
edit1: I removed the expired date as by now the deal is still valid.. don't know how long it will last though.
edit2: It is sold out when you choose C&C but home delivery is still available.
how long does the battery last?
Can't remember exactly when I last changed my eneloops. I think at least >3 months with daily use.
Thanks triplezzb. My Logitech M705(2AA) eats up eneloops every week. My Previous Microsoft used to take only one AAA lasts for ages.

just checked price at Amazon…. cost AUS$79.99+shipping…. so it will cost more then $110 AUS.
ver 1 should be good enough for most of people and it is quite cheap :)
when MX Anywhere 2 price dropped, i will get at least one to try. ha
I'd wait until it comes out in Australia. Amazon lists the MX Master, at USD99.99, while you can get it here for $99 at The Good Guys for example. So judging by that, the MX Anywhere 2 will probably end up being ~$80 at the shops.

Fantastic mouse for general use. Couldn't recommend this mouse any more for a non gaming mouse, Perfect laptop companion.
Just wish i could "click and collect" at my nearest store just up the road but for some reason wont let me never had this problem before.

I thought it was an established fact, why are they doing the sales for one day only?
I have one but after about a year the left button has develope a terrible bounce problem, makes the mouse unuseable. Have to work out if I can return it on warranty. Googling revelas its a very common problem. Sucks they saved a few cents with a cheap microswitch.
And what the hell is it with companies that:
1/ don't ship to PO boxes, and
2/ don't tell you that until after you commit to buy.

Damn, I just bought this one when ebay had 20% off, paid $42 from $52. Great mous, comes with 2 batteries but it can still work with 1 battery if you are short. Highly recommended! !!

I remember getting one of these years ago from Dell Swarm, at a similar price, best buy I've made in years it's still kicking and working a treat even on my glass top desk.
Hate these deals that are gone before you know they exist.
I ordered and paid for one for click and collect and now they claim it has been stolen so I have to get a refund. What a joke.
Ask them to transfer it to a store with stock.
They said I would have to and pick it up and the nearest store with stock is miles away.
