If you only need to print an item or two, it's fantastic. I've used them 4 times now to print various things l've designed and have no complaints.
Can it print me (dressed) full scale from 360' photos and ship that for fee?
T&C's dont show much about weight restrictions….

You would have to model it. There's also restrictions on what the printers can physically do (e.g. minimum and maximum size).
Have you considered a scale model of yourself.. Much cheaper!

Yet myself would cost more overtime than the item. So it would be much cheaper and therefore be an even bigger tightass
All of the models I was looking for on Shapeways (ZMR250) are free on Thingiverse already. Much cheaper to just get it printed by someone at 3Dhubs.com (even in Australia). Last time I got something printed there I selected the cheapest local printer and it was like $25 for 16+ small items, posted.
