Yeah, I looked at that, too. But the case diameter might be too big for her liking (36mm vs 30mm) as she has small wrists. Her current watches are only 20mm.
Why does this citizen watch sold out within hours while this gold colour Guess watch stay bargain for another week?
Is it because
1. Here is ozbargain - $20+ is important,
2. The rose gold colour is ugly as hell,Yuck…..colour is horrendous.
- the Guess is a very busy watch, topped off with a blingy sporty bezel. The Citizen is much cleaner.

Just got mine, very happy with it. Looks a bit shinier than the image. Now to figure out how to punch another couple of holes in the leather strap….
Same here. Need to put an extra hole in. Time to find a deal on a leather hole punch. I notice the existing holes are quite small so it might be hard to find a hole punch small enough to match.
The hole punchers on eBay seem to be minimum of 2mm like this one. Not sure if it's small enough.
I might give it a go with my takoyaki pin stick :PThat's the problem. The smaller easy-to-use hole punch that I could find is 2mm.
These are available in 1mm or 1.5mm diameter. However, they're more complicated to use/get right.
I read online that the hole made by a pin/skewer/etc is more messy because it simply displaces the leather rather than creating a hole.
Wondering if I should just get a multi size punch and use the 2mm one even though it might be a little bit bigger than the existing ones.
Do you mean something like this? Would they work with a normal size drill?
I stumble across this video clip when I was googling for small drill bits. I wonder if that will work. But then, I also wonder if it's too risky to try these new hacks out on a new watch too.
@Love a bargain: Yes, those sort of drill bits. But if you don't have any already, don't buy them for putting a hole in your watchband - a watch shop might be more economical and do a better job.
One that sells watches or one that repair watches? Any idea how much they normally charge?
Don't they just use a multi-size hole punch? (At least that's what I've seen in the retail shops that do that for their customers.)
I'd hate to think that I'm paying someone for a 10s job for more than what it'd cost me to buy the tool (esp when it's not even the same size as the original ones).
