        • @gto21: You don't read well it seems. Roughly, check a dictionary if need be.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: Its almost double, so roughly is not the right word lol.

        • @gto21: almost and roughly aren't too far apart. Liverpool are almost championship level, roughly lower premiership this season at best.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: not comparing 'almost' and 'roughly' but 'double' and 'rougly' lol.

        • @gto21: so double 32.5 is 60? And you doubt my math.

Do you reckon Andy Carrol was worth 35m?

        • @Where's_That_Cake: I said almost double :) So its 65 which is only a difference of 5m. Whereas you said add roughly 50% which is 48.75m and a difference of 11.25m lol. And a difference in percentage of approx 27% lol. So yeah i doubt your maths lol. Once you said add roughly 50%, i went to put a beer in the fridge, that was funny as, i knew i'll enjoy this conversation even more lol.

        • @gto21: but you just said in the comment before that we were discussing double and roughly, not almost. You're just saying whatever suits you best but looking like a bit of a plonker, have you thrown your hat in the ring for Liverpoo manager, you've got the necessary qualifications it seems.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: I know for sure you're shit at maths :). But i hope for just acting dumb about the almost, double and roughly thing. Or else its very sad for you. But still funny for me lol.

        • @gto21: oh so you're just going to try and hang on this thing you've made up now? Keep deflecting, I've explained a dozen ways how Liverpoo are rubbish and all you can do is hang onto ten years ago when they were a good team and a childish argument about maths.

          *claps slowly

Well done, delusional until the last.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: That was the first sentence. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/202471#comment-2903303. And you did not explain anything , everything you said don't make any sense lol.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: Talking about childish argument, even a child can get the maths right unlike you.So might as well treat you like a kid lol.

        • @gto21: Maths, maths, maths, ignore that i said roughly I don't give a hoot. Let's talk about Liverpoo.

Here's some maths for you, Liverpool spent 100m last season and won 0 trophies again.

Brendan Rodgers has spent 256m since he took over three years ago and has won 0 trophies.

Brendan Rodgers' Liverpoo have conceded 160 goals in 126 games. This is THE WORST of any modern day Liverpoo team.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: Can't ignore the maths, its too stupid and funny lol.

          1) If you want to use figures, net spending is always better than total spending.

          2) Some factors your not including: cost of the squad, cost of starting 11 and wage bills COMPARE to other teams.

          3) And compare net spending of FSG compare to other owners.

And their probably a few things i'm forgetting right now. But if you really want to talk about figures i'll be ready :).

        • @gto21:

1/ No, not really. We get to see how much he has spent on players he wanted in. Not on players who forced their way out of the club.

2/ Starting 11 has stuff all to do with it. It's a squad game, Liverpool have loads of flops who don't even make the bench on high wages.

          3/ Why?

Oh and 'there', not 'their'. Need I point out to you how to spell? That's so stupidly funny, lol, lol, lol, lol. You must be stupid. Lol, lol.

I already said we're talking figures, is that hard for you to take in?

        • @Where's_That_Cake: 1) you can't measure spending power, if you don't take into consideration sales revenue. Example man city might have a net spend $100 (purchase $100m and zero sales). Whereas spurs and liverpool, net sales can be like 3m and $20m. This is why net spend is a better indication as it shows that man city might be investing 5 times more than other teams. Although total spending can be the same.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: 2) in a game its 11 vs 11. Not squad vs squad. Both are actually important. If you don't have a lot of games or injury you can get away with a good starting 11.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: 3) p.s english is not my first language. And i'm still studying. I still have to keep learning as it takes time to master a new language.

If you want to talk about figures, which teams have the most expensive starting 11, squad and higher wage bill?

        • @gto21: No, we're not talking about City, we're talking about all of the great purchases that Rodgers' Liverpool have made. He is clueless.

Are you happy with the players he purchased after Suarez left? Most Liverpool fans are not. Far from it in fact.

        • @gto21: Nope, squad game. Show me a match in the EPL that has only had 22 players partake in. Substitutes.

        • @gto21: I don't want to talk about other teams, we're not done with Liverpool. Also earlier you tried to say that you were around for Liverpool's European dominancy, now you're a foreign student. Jeez, I'd wager I've seen your team play in person more than you've seen them play on TV.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: what do you mean by squad game? A whole squad play one game?

Show you a game? Do I have to send a video?

Add the few players on the bench still not the whole squad.

Some of your sentences don't make any sense. And its not the first time. My english is not perfect, but I can say the same about yours.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: 20 teams in EPL. If you gonna talk about figures you need to compare against other teams in the same competition.

        • -1

@gto21: You're just dropping into rambling nonsense now and purposefully feigning ignorance. Not sure where you came from but perhaps there it wasn't a sign of a lack of intelligence. Not the case here though. I don't actually even believe you're a foreign student or a Liverpoo fan. Its just occured to me that you're just interested in chatting to men on the internet aren't you? I'm not into that myself so I'm going to bow out. Perhaps you can get more luck in a specialist website, wouldn't know which way to point you though.

        • @Where's_That_Cake: Gee fans of other clubs are bitter, talks about LFC more than their own club. Did not know your gender before now, did not even care i have a girlfriend.

Talking to you make me enjoy the fact that i'm a liverpool fan. We are not glory hunters or bitter like some other fans. No matter what we always support the club. Bill Shankly : "If you can't support us when we lose or draw, don't support us when we win."

And finally where is that conversation going now? I'm straight but i don't care if someone is gay, straight, black, white, skinny, fat, male, female, young or old. I hope one day manking can all live together in peace and harmony. People like you actually make me sick. I'm done talking to you. This conversation is over. Don't care what you reply, i don't have any respect for people like you.
