Fleksy has recently updated to 6.0 and is now free! If you haven't before, this is a great chance to try it.
However, take note that there are optional in-app purchases for premium content.

    Anyone have an opinion on this versus Swype?

      Depends on how you type. This doesn't have swype function - so if you're a tappetty tap kind of typer (like if you've come across from Blackberry or the Nokia E71 style phone), you'll probably prefer this.

      If you're more into just sliding your finger around a screen and hoping that by some magic you get the word you want Swype is probably better for you.

      Personally, I miss my old E71, so I love this keyboard. But there are times when the swype style is more convenient (one handed use on my Note 4 for example).

      Tried it once before, didnt really like quality of the predictions. (Bit of of a swiftkey fan boy.)

      Will give it another go. +1 for the design

        Let us know how it goes. I tried all different keyboards but keep coming back to SwiftKey.
        Especially the multi language support is excellent - I don't even have to switch, it will detect the language as you type. What a cool idea :)

      Pretty sure in app purchases are just themes. Nothing has been removed that you need to purchase.

    when I installed this last time it was free but it was time limited
    and I didn't find that out until a few months later when the app said I only had so many days left

    so might not be that free……………
