  • Woo-Hoo! Finally

  • Hm new customers :/

    • You better neg the deal then jv :)

    • These conditions on every delivery hero code, so what?

      • +3

It's just jv doing what he she does best :)

      • +7

jv must have no life. Seriously. Here we've got a user (tightarse) who is doing his best to give us great deals and there's the usual knocker who makes work for the mods by lodging reports.

        • Whoa whoa…chill pill required

        • +1

Some self-reflection may be advised, you made your first post just to say something negative (about a deliberately creative and/or ironic character in the ozbargain community). :)

        • -2

who makes work for the mods by lodging reports.

Are you aware this site has deal posting rules?

        • @jelko have some respect.

        • +1

          @jv:
Then why are these deals NEVER removed by mods?

        • -1

          @starionx:

          Ask them…

        • @jv: Probably because

"You may not pass on the voucher to a third party or publish it."

is a meaningless statement. It's like me asking you not to look at my car if I drive by you by saying

"You may not look at my car as i drive by"

Yer still gonna look at me car. And nothing will happen.

      • +2

jv is the OzBargain Police lol

    • So what if you're only passing it onto your "friends"? We're all friends here! ;)

      • -8

Where does it say you can pass it onto friends?

        • -2

          on my black ass

        • @tendollar:

          on my black ass

Please post a link in the description then…

        • +4

@tendollar: pics or it didn't happen

  • Anyone tried to use referral link? I tried and got error message "We're sorry, this coupon has expired."

  • New customers only? Time for some mailinator action :D

    • Once per address. I tried dropping a . into my gmail address and the code was not valid…

      • Once per address.

Geeez… Just type in a different address then…

        • +1

On a roll today jv - once per household I meant. The . in a gmail address is a different email address. I am still trying to save my OzBargain gains to buy a second physical address to solve this very issue

        • 11(A) 123 Fake Street.
They delivery guy won't question you.

        • -1

          @Somnus:

          once per household I meant.

That's what I meant too… Just type in a different household address

        • @massafiri: Did that work for you? I tried that combined with a new email account and the code was still invalid

        • @Somnus: It seems that the coupon is now expired.

      • +1

it works if you use +xx in your gmail address.

e.g. [email protected] becomes [email protected]

the second email address will still go to you :D

        • Or the so called Gmail "dot trick" (if that still works): you can use any address that is your real Gmail address with a dot. Every combination you can come up with using a dot in the username but not the first character is a valid username alias.

So for example if your gmail email address is [email protected] then

          [email protected]
          [email protected]
          [email protected]

are all aliases for the same address (read different usernames that act like the primary email address)

        • @Diji1: You could easily write a script to say if @gmail.com strip "." when adding to database. Maybe I've said too much.. :)

  • +10

    I'm a new customer…. For the 200th times…

    • How do you get around phone number validation?

      • Use your home phone or someone else's phone number (preferably in the same house).

  • +1

i'm getting a 'sorry this code is invalid' message on app, yep i registered as new account, sigh

  • Limited to 500

  • For those getting 'Sorry this Code is Invalid' after registering a new account, try changing your name and phone number.

  • +1

    Worked using different phone number

  • Referrals no longer working as of 1 July 2015 it seems?

  • code is invalid (new account). EXPIRED

  • +1

Thanks, my dinner is sorted. I can confirm it still works in Vic.

  • Annoying system they are using. Used the code successfully with a new account as i have 2 address blocks but realized i didn't put the correct comments in my order so hit the back page to change the comments then went back to payment and couldn't use the code anymore since i assume it thinks i've already used it once.

    • +2

Mate, code is expired.. you missed it

  • Ozbargained I reckon, thought I'd try it for once but missed out, oh well.

  • Is this valid on next use? Or only for tonight? If can I do this for aa future purchase:)

  • +5

    False economics for me.

$10 and $15 saved off past dinners, now I'm paying $60 a week to a PT to try fix the damage.

    • What OzBargainer pays >1 month's gym fees, a week, for PT of all things??

      • False economics

      • +2

Surely there's been a diy PT Udemy course…

      • +1

One who thinks the savings they make on Ozbargain are best spent on a great quality of life.

Not gonna die young and leave it for someone else to spend.

          • False economics
        • @Utopian: If you have a point please explain?

btw the $60 includes free full gym membership and free bootcamp and diet stuff

You will also find that latest research is that persons who train regularly earn a higher hourly rate than they would otherwise, I think it was about $5K pa, more than enough to cover the $60. And yes many employers are that shallow.

Plus the lifestyle coaching and mentoring means I am saving around $380 a week because I have stopped smoking, given up soft drink and most takeaway junk food

Extra bonuses, won't have to get that new wardrobe :-)

        • @tonka: The simple, and weak, chuckle was about spending $60 on PT, while being a supposed tightarse (due to being an OzBargain member)… It's all become deeper, better-explained & completely off the mark.

There's no beef, no insult, or lifestyle judgement. Let's both just walk away, confused :D

        • @Utopian:
cool dude , b4 I did , I would have backed you up. Funny thing is prob the the tightarse nature makes it work as I must get my $60 worth.

  • Stop working

  • thanks, strangely I had a horrible experience trying to enter CC details on the paypal screen, took hurrendously long navigating between fields on nexus 7 (2012) tablet

  • +1

Worked, large pizza and garlic bread $7.50 delivered thanks OP

  • Thanks.. probably got the last code before expired :)

  • damn too late! saw this before I went and took a shower. Came back and now it's expired. Now I have to cook dinner :(

  • Damnnn missed out!

    • Seems to be on again if you want to give it a go.

  • I haven't used Delivery Hero before and was thinking about it tonight.

I've checked the pricing via Delivery Hero, and everything is $1-$2 more expensive then the restaurant's website, and $4 delivery.

So if I was ordering a few dishes, it will be cheaper to go through their own website which includes free delivery.

    • I don't think restaurants are allowed to do that as part of their agreement with DH.

      • Meat Samosas (4pcs)
Traditional crispy pastry filled with lamb mince
        $8.50

Meat or Vegetable Samosas (4pcs) *
Traditional crispy pastry filled with lamb mince or vegetables
        $6.50

        Chicken Tikka Masala (Medium)
Boneless chicken cooked in medium hot thick sauce with tomatoes and onions
        $17.50

        Chicekn Tikka Masala (Medium) *
Boneless spicy chicken cooked in medium hot thick sauce with tomatoes and onion
        $16.50

:Definitely different pricing. Thinking about these curries is making me salivate.. :)~~~

          Questions concerning the invoice
The restaurant has charged me more than what was stated on the website?
Not cool. Maintaining the current prices is the responsibility of each restaurant, but we will never charge you more than what they do. If you notice a difference in prices than what we have listed on our site, please contact us and we will follow it up immediately. [email protected]

The one day I cook dinner very early is the day this deal comes up. Pooooo

  • +1

Weird, never had it expire so quickly. The code added to my new account successfully but when I went to order, it said invalid. Their facebook page says the code is still valid.

edit: It worked when I changed the +61 in the phone number to +69. Obviously not a valid number but if the driver needs to call, hopefully he'll figure it out.

  • No way it finished that fast. I think DH cancelled the code.

  • still worked for me even after it was éxpired'. In greenacre restaurants

edit— it you guys wanna know more=i chose Zahid restaurant in Bankstown for curry tonight.
