    This camera is DEFINITELY NOT waterproof in any way let alone 40m underwater.

    Quick Review:
    If you're doing any action sports (aka you're out for the whole day) I recommend buying an extra battery and dual battery charger. In my low light test, the camera could only record 1 hour 1080p60 max. I was only able to get ~40mins of content when turning the camera on and off after doing runs at the snow.

    It's also NOT waterproof but there are a few cheap 40m and 60m cases that you can buy. The OEM selfie stick DOES NOT work with these cases. The camera has a screw tripod attachment whereas the cases have a gopro-style mount. Advised to buy an adaptor.

    Also to note about the selfie stick, the only way you can take selfies is by connecting your phone to the camera via wifi or buying the bluetooth transmitter (i bought the OEM one, haven't tested other brands on the cam).

    In my experience, it's a great entry-level action cam with picture quality that rivals it's more expensive counterparts. Battery life is a little crap tho.

    I'm not advertising for their products, i'm just an ozbargainer who bought the cam without the necessary tools to use it effectively for snowsports.

        I got some adhesive mounts so you can clip the case to your helmet or board. A tripod to gopro mount adapter if you want to use the case with the selfie stick (Otherwise get a selfie stick that already has a gopro mount).

        Extra battery and 2 battery charger is handy if you do long days on the slopes (the battery live is good for ~30mins of footage + photos + the few times you accidently forget to turn it off on the lift)

        For ease of use i got the bluetooth module but that's obviously not necessary.

          I paid for faster shipping on two occasions and standard for the bluetooth receiver. Extra $3 got the product to me 7 days after i bought it. So that was nice.
