LUXOR Wireless Keyboard with Trackpad $19 C&C @ The Good Guys

40

Found this while on ebay. Delivery on ebay is more expensive than delivery on the site.

For $19 C&C, seems like a good deal.

Time for some copy-paste:

  • For what it is worth, that is a fairly average keyboard, the trackpad is not very responsive. for a little bit more ($30) you can get something significantly better.

    • What should I get instead? Recently set up a mibox in my room and finding I need a keyboard and mouse to use it to its potential

I was in the market for a similar keyboard and ended up with the microsoft version as it cost me about $30. Good range and quite responsive. Logitech have a K400/r and that is reasonably good for around $20-30 from memory when on sale (have a look through the bargains).

I also have heard good things about the Rapoo brand. They have some nice small units as well. Recently there was a deal for a keyboard that DS was selling. Or I just found this one that you could try:

Hope that was helpful. I just had a bad experience with that one and found it more annoying than helpful to use.

  • Cool idea, having the trackpad double as a numerical keypad. That said, doing numerical entry would probably be a joke, considering that is when real key feedback is required.
