These are great, I keep one in my wallet. Including the cover, uses about the same amount of space as four ten-cent pieces, stacked.

I've had mine in my wallet for about a year, and it still works fine. I used to use smallish USB sticks, but I had to replace them regularly as they frequently broke (failed where the USB connector joins the case, bent and lost connection).

Do be aware that when you remove this from a computer, the metalwork will feel warm. That's normal, all USB sticks generate heat, but usually you don't feel it because the warm bit is inside the plastic case, which doesn't conduct heat as well.

    • I do the same thing!!!

+1 for the coupon EC. Great work :)

I hear that you and I are going to be invited to the TV Show Bargain Hunt

Also Channel 10 is working on a new TV series rumored to be called Bargain Wars

I cant figure out from pictures does it have a loop on it so that you could attach it too a lanyard or key ring?

    • +2

Yes, there is a loop. Looks like a slot, about 1mm by 4mm.

I wouldn't try a key ring, that part of the case is plastic. You probably couldn't insert it fully into a USB socket if you fitted a keyring. You could cable-tie it to a keyring, though, that would work.

      • Thanks Russ! +1 :)

  • Prediction success!

Now the question is, do I want one or two?

    • +6

      You asked. We Delivered :)

Now the question is, do I want one or two?

      You actually want 3

      • I purchased the Amazon 128GB deal as the third =)

  • Write speed is apparently up to 40MB/s.

Although userbenchmark site suggests someone managed 85MB/s

  • i have a 32gb on my key ring, great so far, and decently fast.

    a few niggles though:
    - it gets quite warm
    - it sticks out quite a bit, easy to remove, but i wouldn't leave it in
    - i get an error every now and then where it doesn't get recognised and asks for a format, re-plugging it in fixes this (this could be any number of things though)

    • You can return it for a replacement under the 5 years (or maybe 10 year) warranty. If you bought it from a retail store, they should swap it on the spot

      • i got it from overseas so it's not worth the trouble, and it still works fine, just the odd hiccup. i have never lost any data, if i ever do, and consistently, then i'll simply retire or use it for something completely pointless.

  • Thanks for delivering what I asked, EC :)

  • Does it comes with Australia warranty if the stock is posted from HK?

  • coupon code not working?
edit: nevermind, got it to work by clicking Update QTY instead of hitting enter.

  • Got 2 - already own 2. Thanks EC

  • This looks great and at a decent price.

Is there any other small USBs that compete with this and are worth looking at?

    • +1

if you look at the usb benchmark site, this is a clear winner balancing capacity, cost and speeds

  • Thanks OP, grabbed a 64Gb :)

Can you add some of the HK stock to your ebay store?

    • +1

What is the advantage of having this on an eBay store?

  • Awesome thank you! I was one of the ones requesting these 😊

  • +1

Yay purchased one. I added a Quadrocopter (sic) that was meant to be around $17 but when I used the coupon for the USB it went up to $27 and added shipping costs. I might make a seperate order, but I found this strange and some of the other items are not the best prices.

Never-the-less, thanks for the USB deal!

would have purchased one if these have a Micro usb on the other end….seen many deals …waiting for 32gb with 3.0

  • +1

This product gets very hot in USB 3 mode. Lots of report online, some people reported USB port fried after long use.

  • When I enter the code it still stays at $39.95 (Syd)

    Am I missing something?

    • +2

Did you click on the deal pic to get to the deal item?

After you add code click 'update quantity' and it should work. That's what I had to do. :)

      • Update quantity is what I missed! I was pressing enter when typing the code.. cheers! :)

  • Excellent, perfect timing! Bought 1… already have been using the 16GB Fit version and it's brilliant! Best bang for buck \ performance portable USB that I've used :)

  • which one do you guys get? HK or Aus? what are the differences between them at all?

    • +1

This is OB, I got the HK version and saved 2 bucks!

      • +1

        Every dollar counts!

        • absolutely, bought a hk one :)

  • Any deal on this EC , would love to have the OTG below $30 for local stock :D

    http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/p_410607_SanDisk_64GB_Ultra…

Its $2 listed price cheaper in SS

  • I bought a couple of these a few days ago. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SANDISK-CRUZER-FIT-32GB-32G-32-G-… Arrived in 2 days. USB3.0. Think they are great for the price.

  • +1

Thanks EC, bought one. Note - get a lanyard or a bling to attach so you don't lose it - work wife bought one and lost it within 3 weeks… I think it's at the bottom of her bag somewhere!

  • Bargain 128GB anywhere?

  • Awesome, thanks OP, been hanging for this for awhile, somehow missed all the recent deals, So I'll buy a few.

I'm hoping for another deal for 32gb or 16gb (or an 8gb,if they did 1), as some of my friends would be interested.

  • Received mine (SYD stock) today.

Note there's a 1 year subscription to RescuePRO Deluxe Recovery Software on the inner packaging.

    • you are probably one of the first few received it, after 7 or 8 days?
Honestly PC Bytes's delivery tops, never over 2 days.

  • Received mine (AUS stock) today. So tiny!
Note: I'm talking about the USB.

  • two weeks since ordered, still not delivered yet, honestly no more shopping sqaure for me in the future.

  • any one received HK stock yet?

  • Has anyone received HK stock? I know they're slow but didn't expect they'll be this slow.

    • I got my HK one yesterday.
