Thanks to Nikko for the tips

…it works REALLY WELL if you're purchasing multiple items.

What you do is purchase EACH ITEM in a SEPARATE transaction, with the voucher from the FIRST completed transaction you use that in the SECOND transaction - thus bringing $20 off it's additional real dollar cost for you.

I just bought 3 item, each in a separate transaction and then used them in the subsequent one. Ended up getting some very good value….especially with some of the lower prices that Summit Club members get(the Belovo & Oslo jackets are VERY good value for their prices) (got this membership when it was free itself!) and the additional cashback.

  • Hi OP, do you have a source/link to where it says about the $20 GC?

    • Fixed. Clicks on the link.

It's on front page of website, there are no current limits to how many of these you can get as long as you do a separate transation - Kathmandu might end up limiting this BUT current working fine - I just did 3 orders, voucher on every single one.

Its a 12mth evoucher - normal evoucher conditions for Kathmandu apply. :-)

      • can you stack the vouchers?

OP, you beat me to putting this deal up - as it works REALLY WELL if you're purchasing multiple items.

A good idea to use your last voucher (as you'll have one left from the last item you buy), is some of the $12 Polypro layers, as the sale of those has been extended. :-)

    • did you buy them online or in store, if online didn't you have to pay postage ?

      • Online.

Did not pay postage as did pickup from nearby Kathmandu store. :-)

  • Don't forget 4.8% cashback with cashrewards

  • How long for the email to turn up?

    • +1

the evoucher came instantly when you purchase an item, so i was able to do what #Nikko said and purchased item in separate transactions.

  • Damn - no email for me.

    • Perhaps check your spam filter as it really was instant for myself each of the 3 times I did it (gmail account - not that this should be an issue). :-)

      • thanks, found it in trash - not sure what is going on with my gmail but the Kathmandu emails were all going there automatically.

  • For those who have received the $20 e-giftcard, what's the expiry on it? Thanks

    • 12months

      • Awesome, thanks.

  • 100% Polyester. Not going to wear plastic

Anyone else think this looks perfectly in place sitting under the Star Trek deal?

  • What's the cheapest thing you can buy to get the $20 voucher?

*edit checked and it's the jumper in the OP

    • Edit: Yes the cheapest thing to buy is to get the voucher are the $39.98 fleece tops. I misread your question.

However, in terms of spending the voucher, there's nothing stopping you from purchasing something from their outlet or final reductions. You don't have to restrict yourself to fleece or footwear.

if 2 fleece tops purchased in the same order, do you receive 2 x $20 gift cards or just 1 ? Does anyone know? Thanks

    • They will send 4 just because you did 2 purchases in one order.

    • Follows the steps suggested by nikko, then you'll get 2 eGift cards.

There is also an offer; buying 2 for $70 /$90.
        That why he asked.

        • Assume [s]he is a summit member,

          buy 2 in 1 go
          $70 with 1 $20 eGift card back
          buy 2 in 2 go
$59.96 with 1 $20 eGift card back, or
          $79.96 with 2 $20 eGift cards back
  • Lately I have been seeing term C&C, What does it mean?

    • +1

In this case, click and collect - referring to how you can choose to purchase stuff online and pick it up from one of Kathmandu's physical stores

    Is anyone having problems?

haven't received any email from them confirming my payment, and on my account there is no order listed.

Another thing, I haven't received any $20 voucher as well.

    • If you're using gmail, check your junk folder or trash. User above found theirs in trash.

    • i didn't get an email either :( it has been couple hours…

    • On Sunday received everything. It seems they were having some problems.

Awesome, I can finally join the Wiggles.

  • Love the "POO" deals :D

  • The hard part is guessing your size. Some Kathmandu products I am medium, some large.

Seem to be having issues placing order online

    • +3

Same but I've been charged with no confirmation email or gift card email!

  • +1

I haven't got an email either. I've pm their Facebook. Wonder if they are gonna reply before midnight. Now I can't buy another jumper with the voucher that was supposed to come.

  • I just bought the microfleece pullovers a few days ago with a 2 for __ deal. This deal is better value :(

  • Has anyone received confirmation email for this deal? I just placed an order 10 minutes ago and haven't received one yet :(

  • +1

Same here, got charged but no confirmation email or gift card sent. What is going here ?

  • +2

    I ordered 3 items:

1 - paid by PayPal, charged but no confirmation email

2 - paid by Visa - received message "we've encountered a connection problem. Please do not submit your order."

3 - paid by MasterCard - received confirmation email and tax invoice. No e-gift.

    • Same thing with me with PayPal and Visa.

  • It might be with Paypal payment system connection error, high demand sale, their customer service doesn't work on the weekend :-/

  • I've just placed an order and paid via AMEX 15 mins ago, but received a "connection error" message asking me not to re-order and to check my email. I checked my email but there was none so tried to place the same order but i received the same "connection error" message. No voucher emails either. I sure hope they do honour their $20 voucher cos it's reaching the end of 31 July!

  • I've tried 3 times with 3 different items that I wanted to get. All show up with connection error, do not resubmit order. No confirmation email, no order number, no voucher received. Been charged 3 times. Paid by MasterCard.

  • is it still available? How to test to see if voucher offer still going?

anyone other last minute people find their vouchers?

  • Hi, anyone who had errors with online orders managed to get through to Kathmandu for a solution? I've tried calling their Customer Service hotline and waited 20 mins and gave up. Tried again later but still none answering. I still haven't received any emails or order confirmations from Kathmandu.

    • No reply to my message via their website form. No apologies or explanations on their Facebook or Twitter feeds.
I've opened a Paypal dispute and will do the same with the Visa charge if not sorted out soon.

  • I placed orders via cc and PayPal and order did not process correctly but was charged.

I emailed them about the issues and Customer service called today, apologised, fixed my order and emailed through credit voucher.

All good now…..just waiting for delivery and refund to show up on my account.

  • Yup! I can confirm JP's post. Called them this morning and was told their online system was down on Friday + Saturday. They managed to find my online orders though, and said they'd be emailing the $20 e-gift voucher and sending my orders through. Alls good!
