yeah was reading through, i decided to go with oo.com.au recon 12 month warranty for $430
there was a post on ozB about the Japanese version, finger print doesn't work, heart monitor not working, gps not working, nfc not working - all types of problems like this. Unless you keep it fully Japanese I wouldn't buy.-

Unless you are prepared to Flash CUSTOM ROM on the phone, you wont get it to work properly.
Plenty of info on GOOGLE / Andriod Forums on how to crack it.
If you can live without Fingerprint scanner / Tap-to-Pay, well worth the discount over the Aussie Version.
Note: its 32GB too, not the standard 16GB for others.
