Based on the much loved and hugely successful memoir and stage play of the same name, HOLDING THE MAN is the warm, funny and extraordinarily moving story of the 15 year long love affair between Timothy Conigrave and the boy he fell in love with at high school, John Caleo. Tim was an aspiring actor. John, the captain of the school football team. Their relationship blossomed and endured in the face of everything life threw at it – pride, adversity, discrimination, temptation and loss - until the only problem that love couldn’t solve, tried to destroy them.

HOLDING THE MAN is directed by acclaimed theatre and opera director, Neil Armfield and stars Ryan Corr, Craig Stott as Tim and John, with a support cast including; Anthony LaPaglia, Kerry Fox, Guy Pearce and Sarah Snook.

      the steps are as follows -
      1stly register - top tool bar on the website
      then log into the website and go to the homepage
      2ndly copy & paste the above numbers - 211659 into the Enter your code section
      a page will open with all VICTORIA sessions (if your in victoria)
      choose the site & then go to bottom of page to choose max. 2 tickets
      follow prompts to complete getting the tickets

    Well, after a fair bit of stuffing about, the tix for my cinema have all gone.

      I'm not sure what is wrong with their website. I gave up trying to login to my existing account after multiple failed attempts. I ended up registering a new account.

    Shame they sold out so quickly. Probably worth paying money for this likely very worthy film though.
