      Hi Figa,

      Is there anything in particular that you are interested, in, product wise? Clothing, gadgets or something else?

      Deals can be found for sure, and you are not limited to just the things listed on our site. We currently support a selection of sites from China and the US and stores such as Forever21 can offer great deals but do not ship to Australia. Simply copy the URL of the store you wish to purchase from and if it is a supported site, then it should be easy to add to the cart from there. In the case that the store is not supported, please send an email to our customer service team at [email protected] and we will be able to sort it out for you.

      Please note that the prices listed on our site, as noted in a post below, do not include our agent fees and such. But we do not mark up the prices. These prices are directly taken from the merchants and updated daily. Our currency exchange rate is updated on a weekly basis, so there may be a little variation there from what the exact exchange rate may be - but there is no actual mark-up. I suppose you could consider our agent fee as that - and an 8% mark-up really is not very high (and it goes down for VIP and SVIP members)

      Hi Sean,

      We are working on implementing further coupon codes at the moment to offer deals for existing members but this takes some time to put into the system. So as of the current moment, this is the only coupon that we are able to offer.

      In the meantime, we are still honouring the previous coupon code for all customers who attempted to make a purchase, including refunding the proper amount for those who then purchased without the code due to the issues.

    not really. I can see a few cheap things but:

    scissors AU$ 1.36
    add International Shipping Fee:  AU$ 1.32
    add Local Delivery Fee: AU$ 8.00
    add Supplier Delivery Fee: AU$ 1.29
    add Service Fee( 8.0% ): AU$ 0.96

      Hi Kima,

      We highly recommend using our collection points if pricing is a concern - the local delivery fee is not charged then. Whilst our current number of collection points is limited, we are working to expand our network so that they can be convenient for everybody.

      If you would like any explanation of any of the fees, please do let us know.

      Savings become much more apparent when bulk purchasing items that are easy to consolidate. An example is clothing, which can easily be packed together and we can even do things such as vacuum pack in order to save space if required.
