PS: pisk one of those waeco up last week at rays and have $79.90 credit on My members card to spend in the next 3 month's.
This model is notorious for throwing out error codes when running on 12v, have seen mates trips ruined by these fridges, wouldn't really call it a bargain either.
Get one from the CFX range of Waeco's or an Engel.
This model has problems with the lid. It warps in the sun after a while! Suggest people buy the Waeco CFX model or even better buy Engel or National Luna.
Unless you can get this cheap for $500, I'd stay away.
Personally I'd be checking out some of the stuff from Evakool as most of their stuff is fiberglass box or alloy and better quality insulation
