Fujitsu AAA Rechargeable Battery 2pk $5.05 + Delivery or C&C @ Dick Smith

60

Hi all,

Was wondering whether I should post this or not seeing as there was already an Eneloop deal by trixta007. Based on what I've read on some online forums, these Fujitsu rechargeables are possibly made by the same Japanese eneloop factory.

Either way, these come to be slightly cheaper than buying the eneloop AAA 4pk (vs. 2x of these batteries).

Happy bargain hunting!

Keep in mind you can get a 4 pack of AAA LSD batteries from aldi for $7 every day. Allegedly really good batteries.

    • Pretty sure it's $5.99 for a 4 pack of Aldi LSD AA or AAA.
I can confirm they work fine.

"I can confirm they work fine."

Obviously they 'work', but the question is how good are they re LSD; how long have they been around for? Has anyone tried using one a year after it was charged?

They are like really heaps good nthat.

@luke73: But the most important question is, are they rechargeable?

You are correct! I bought two packs the other day and now i think about it they only cost $12 all up.

      • I paid $7 for 4pk,about 5 months ago, in Vic.

Guys, just go for these Eneloop Rouge 8 packs from DSE. They're still selling for $20 so it looks like they're clearing out all remaing stock of them (no idea on availability but if Perth has a half dozen branches with stock, then other states must surely have plenty floating around). I bought 3 last week and can confirm they are bonafide Sanyo-era, made in Japan Eneloops.

    • Cheers mate, I was actually looking for the Japanese eneloops for AA.

  • The Fujitsu in the OP are the same thing inside as the Rouge so if you only want 2 or whatever, the Fujitsu would have been perfect… too late now though

Aldi rechargeables dont stand up to the stds of the Japanese Eneloop though (they are pretty much on par with the Chinaloops though). For most people they are enough, but the Eneloop is a level above it. For the price difference today, its just not worth buying the cheaper products, just get Japanese Eneloop such as Rouge, or these Fujitsus. At $20 for 4 I can see why some might buy Aldi, but given the price is so close now, it seems crazy to me. Japanese Eneloop really is the standard setter.
