Civic Video Campsie is closing down and they all clearing all their stock including Ben & Jerry's ice cream. RRP $14.00 now $8.00. The ice cream must be sold by tomorrow as freezers are getting picked up.

Its the 460ml tub and there is still lots of flavours to choose from.
I saw woolworths in Bondi Junction also starting to clear some. Dont remember flavors.
This stuff is boss. Saw Coles or Woolies had the new ones with the goey core also. Ridiculously expensive but ridiculously good.
That's just ridicules.
The ice cream sale didn't bring me here. It's the fact that there are still video stores out there, I'm surprised!
They're closing down? That's really sad as I grew up in the area and would visit them every Friday night and weekend for movies (VHS yo) and games. There goes another childhood memory (it was destined to happen especially after they halved the floor space a few years ago).
Fun fact 1: Before civic video, the Campsie location used to be called Bogeys Video.
Fun fact 2: While typing VHS in the above comment, Swype didn't know what VHS was and asked me if I wanted to add it to my dictionary (I did). A sign of the times.
$17.40 per litre for ice cream is not much of a bargain….

Many of the premium brands at the supermarkets are as good or better and less than half the price…
Bogies video was so big in the '80's. As Trishool said. the store was twice as big as now, and they opened up over the road, a second store, for the Beta tapes. The big store was just for the VHS.
prahran grocer high st in VIC has them for $8.99 today when I went there (same size). not sure how long their special is for. was only about 7 flavours on special out of the around 14 flavours they have in stock.
Ok, who grabbed 8 or more ?
Store staff are flabbergasted over such a large number.
Obviously never have experienced being Broganed before!
