For those of you who do not know about Qualcomm's Quick Charge technology… tests have shown that a 3300mAh battery can be charged from 0% to 60% in only 30 minutes! While a conventional charger (5V/1A) can only charge a 3300mAh battery to 12% in 30 minutes. The Quick Charge port is also backwards compatiable with any devices that doesn't support the technology.
The other 2 USB ports use the VoltIQ technology which allows it to detect the charging protocol used in your device and provide the fastest possible charge without the risk of overcharging and short circuiting.
