Logitech X100 Bluetooth Portable Speaker $19 @ Harvey Norman

600

For $19 even cheaper than the deal from Officeworks. I reckon the sound should be better than the HP one.

May be we can price match at OW to save $1.

I wonder how it compares to the XiaoMi speaker that's just a little bit more.

  • Dam picked one of these up the other day at office works for 27 dollars is a good little speaker.

  • Thanks. Going to pick one up now.

Can't go wrong with that price :D

Great little speaker especially for this price.

And a suggestion, how about rewarding Harvey Norman for putting it out at such a good price and giving them your business, rather than going to office works to save $1 or $2?

People complain about businesses shutting down and not enough jobs, but these businesses are already having a brutal time paying ludicrous wages already. Give the BUSINESS a fair go and do the right thing by rewarding them for the bargain they've given us.

    • rather than going to office works to save $1 or $2?

Agreed a lot of people go to OW sometime just because no HN around.

      • +3

yeah that's fair enough if there's no HN around. At the end of the day people can do what they want, just a little humility and thought for others would be nice sometimes from some of us OzBargainers!
Thanks for posting the great deal.

      • I'm based in the CBD, there's 3 OWs and no HNs.

Ordinarily I would agree with this. But it's Gerry Harvey we're talking about. The less support I give him the better in my opinion.

      • Who DAT and why shouldn't we support this guy?

      • +3

I think credits should be given where credits are due.

    • Oh no the poor shareholders of Harvey Norman, guys WON'T YOU THINK OF THE SHAREHOLDERS before you go out and spend your money somewhere else. They're already totally struggling with paying staff (because we all know Harvey norman staff are paid ludicrous amounts of money right) and making almost no money at all.

      Give me a break.

So you don't think it's the right thing to do by rewarding the business that puts out the drastic discount first?
That's fine, just look out for yourself.
And yeah, the staff at Harvey Norman all drive around in Porsches and BMW's right?

What do you think the average salary of a full time sales person at Harvey Norman is?
Do you think it's at least the national average Australian salary of $81,000? They make less than car salespeople.
Do you know what the average salary of a car salesperson in Australia is? It's $38,773 per year.

It's selfish, greedy consumers that take an approach like this to business that will be the downfall of retailers in Australia- leaving more people out of work, and more welfare lugged onto our taxes.

    • Ludicrous wages? Yeah because us retail workers are living the high life with our ludicrously high wages.

      • I think bold indicated sarcasm.

    • Would love to go to HN to buy one today but I am not going to waste my time doing so. I will end up going to OW not for the $1 or $2 but for saving 1 hour.

  • Many thanks to the OP. Been seeking out a couple of 'cheap but OK' Bluetooth speakers for my two kids to use.

No Harvey Norman where I am (Brisbane CBD), so ducked out at lunch and did a pricebeat at Officeworks. Scored the two for $36.10 total - absolute bargain.

    Thanks again!! :-)

  • i have one of these &, while it doesn't compare to our Big Jambox, it is still a great little speaker for the money. Great for any indoor use, only so -so outdoors.

  • bought one, thanks

  • Thanks OP. They were still marked at $39 at my local HN, down from $59.95. Scanned at $19 though.

  • This thing pumps out the dbs I don't mind tellin ya. good quality speaker, excellent price.

Wow, great price. I've bought 3 of these at $28ish for members of my family and myself. Can't recommend them enough. They can hang on the doorknob as you go about the house cleaning so they are out of the way, and i connect it to my laptop when watching movies via the AUX port.

Bought some of these last year for $29 from Dick Smith and they are great. At $19 I reckon they'll sound even better…

  • Awesome little speaker. Bought it in January to use in a little outdoor get together and it worked great. Now use it almost everyday to drastically improve the sound of my laptop. Don't have any experience with other brands but really loving this one

  • This is a great little speaker - gonna buy another one now :-)
    Thanks OP!

  • Thx OP. Just picked up one. Great sound…. Does the job well.

  • I have this speaker which I bought for $20 second hand. Very loud but sometimes I can hear buzz noise when it's not playing music

  • Just got them, works GREAT! No regrets, and will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a portable fun!

      • You missed cheap Thursday.
