  • Are these shoes genuine?

    • All Asics I've bought from COTD seem genuine, GT-1000, GT-2000 and Kayano.

      • are you a Asics collector? :)

        • -1

No, just grab them when they come up cheap. Never paid more than $40 LOL.

I purchased the Asics Tigers from cotd a little while ago and they looked genuine so I assume these will be legit.

I bought this exact model from COTD about 3 weeks ago at $129 delivered (with Club Catch discount). They are an excellent shoe and this deal is damn good, well done OP.

Discounted price (Club member) for me in the cart is coming up as $85 delivered. The $20 voucher coupon i just got brings it down further to $65 delivered. Weird but that's how it is.

    • What voucher coupon did you put in to bring further $20 down?
Tried CATCH10/20/30OFF but none worked for me.
I am a trail club member too

      • CATCH20OFF (only given to those who spent $50 or more during the recent spend $50 get a $20 voucher promo).

        • That explains. Thanks!

  • How did you manage to get it for $85.00 delivered?

    • +1

Don't know. Just logged into my Club member account. Added the shoe to the cart and it immediately comes up as $85 delivered (i have no store credit at all). The current $20 coupon that COTD gave out then brings it down to $65 delivered. Total bargain.

I would have preferred to pay $65 :(
Tried again on my account but the same total comes up.

        • Others may be getting the same deal. I am currently on a Club membership trial but don't know whether that has any thing to do with the $85 delivered price.

  • Good deal

    Good price.
Is a cushioning shoe for neutral and under-pronating runners (ie. if you supinate). ie. only good for about 10-20% people.

True, however I can run in either Kayano or Nimbus. I do close to 13km every day on road / footpath. Both Nimbus and Kayano work for me but I find Nimbus last longer.

This is a damn good deal. I just had 2 pairs delivered from Start Fitness for $310. If only I waited 2 weeks.

      Nimbus are neutral shoes.

  • Any one else getting the $85 delivered price and then $65 delivered after applying the CATCH20OFF coupon?

    • how you get the CATCH20OFF coupon mines saying not working :(

  • boo.. they don't have my size (12.5 US).

thanks for the post anyway OP.. good deal.

    • So why not go the next size up which is available (13 US) ?. It's only a 0.5cm (5mm) difference.

      • I didn't realise the difference was that small.
I think one of my brothers wears 13s so I'll go try them out first.

12.5 is perfect for me though.. for running anyway.
For casual wear I usually dong a 12.

        thanks for the advice

        • Yep the sizing guide on the web page is saying US 12.5 is 30cm and US 13 is 30.5cm. Bugger all difference just only 5mm which is a very small difference. So are you going to miss this deal over a 5mm difference?.

        • I will pass on the deal as I run a lot, and want to first check 13 feels ok.

The future will see more deals, but never any more meniscus :).

I hate having fat feet. I need the 4e width and never see them on sale.

  • I have a kayano 20s that are still going great and love them dearly, is this a big change in comparison?

or should I wait for the kayano 22 coming end of the month ? I mainly use it for treadmill at the gym.
