        i'm gonna use this for a sony digital camera. Photos in RAW format are quite heavy, so this will be very handy. If not, you can use it for your phone, tablet, raspberry pi server, put it in a usb adaptor and use it as a flash drive, etc

      not really worth it. Normal speed will do the job fine. These high speed end good for photography and go pro ..etc which need to write and read data faster.

      Yes, by a fair margin, The evo cards are rated for 48MB/s Read, 20MB/s Write.
      These are rated for 80MB/s Read, 50MB/s write. And as TA mentioned, the reviews show even higher speeds.

      This card is comparable to the higher Samsung Pro.
      The lower Sandisk Ultra is comparable to the Samsung EVO.

          EVO Plus is between EVO and Pro in Samsung. Still not in the same league as the Extreme range (Extreme, Extreme Plus and Extreme Pro) of Sandisk.

    Needed three goes and skipping logging in as a registered user, but I managed to buy one. First two times the server would time out various stages. Third time the server was relatively quick, but it looks like the DDoS attack is really hurting things :(
