Pretty nice price, considering their comparable 4gb(3+1) RED plan is $40. Sucks that they turned off auto-recharge though

    • yeah also good for those that stock up on discounted starter kits from Telstra/Optus/Vodafone and switch between carriers each month

  • Price is not too bad but the 13th month/year kills the deal for me.

    • bear in mind even if you were planning to recharge every 28 days, it would be $50 for each subsequent recharge not $25

  • How about Vodafone provide some info on when they are going to release the Moto X Style, Moto X Play and Moto G (3rd Gen).

  • Can you chuck the sim into an iPad and use for data only? Heading on holidays soon and need something to give me data for a week of so to keep kids amused. Any advice appreciated.

  • i got confused with the fees. PrePaid Combo Starter Pack for $25, how about the rest of the month. 25/mth or 50/mth? anyone can help?

    • Its prepaid not a monthly plan!

Just like any prepaid starter kit you can get with Telstra/Optus - you get a prepaid sim and credit to start off with (in this case $50).

Once you've used it up (eg. the data) or go past the expiry period (28 days in this case) you need to recharge to continue making calls/use data. You choose how much you want to recharge and when you want to recharge.

The half price is only on the starter kit. Once you've used up the initial credit and need to recharge, if you choose to recharge with $50, it will cost you $50.

  • You mean the last 2/3 days of the month? Or the next month?

  • Can I buy this from a retail store?
