Tasting Notes

        no respond to emails via your registered email - alarm No 3.

        no phone to contact you, seems disconnected - Alarm no 4.

        no respond to the above thread in weeks although you logged in - alarm no 5.

        NO WINE…

    I also have not received my box of wine from another "deal" from two months ago.

    When I inquired, I was offered a refund. I just want my pinot gris but nothing in stock.

    I was offered in inferior alternative.

    It is not a deal.

      Unfortunately we over sold this deal by five cases as our system did not shut off the deal in time.

      We offered everybody who was affected a refund or an alternative case.

    For those who don't get their wine or a refund, and paid by credit card, don't forget the option of a chargeback. Call the bank who issued the card to do one.

    To those who have not received their wine, first of all we apologise.

    In two instances, a deal has been over sold by a small number. Every customer who has been affected by this has been contacted and offered an alternative or a full refund immediately.

    It is distressing to see these comments as we are unaware of any wine deliveries that have not been received.

    Please email: [email protected] rather then private message us on OzBargain. All we need is your full name and your requested delivery address so we can look into this for you.

    If your wine has gone astray you will be refunded. We use a reputable courier company, FastWay and all parcels can be easily tracked.
