    You'd have to read the T&C's of the 10,000 bonus point promo to see if it excludes gift cards.

    I checked one of the other spend x get x points offers and it does state the following;

    "Qualifying amount excludes purchases of all gift cards, charitable donations, tobacco and tobacco related products."

  Sorry, new to iTunes. If I buy one of these, can I purchase items only available from the US store without a US credit card?

    As the cards are in AU$ you'd have to redeem them in the AU store.
