The half price recharge with $2 Sim just ended is a better deal. You can just throw away all the sim and keep the recharge vouchers. The recharge voucher last till June 2017.

if you use amaysim for overseas call make sure check the call rates for wow connect first before changing it
Coincidentally, I did check it earlier and found the international call rates exorbitant. Thankfully, my daughter's more after the data (currently, it's $10 with Amaysim for 1GB data only so another $5 more for $650 worth of calls seems worth it), and isn't into IDD.
My only concern now is what happens after 30 days with this is over.
In $30 you can get unlimited Call/Text plans now a days.
