Don't expect Huawei to make good 'high end phones'. Their budget huaweis are good value, e.g Y550 and so on, but their P series are lackluster. They seem to be insistent on using their in-house brand HiSilicon Kirin SoC's which are architecturally inferior to Snapdragon processors.
Yeah mate , I checked that review which derided the phone while the Engadget one said it was fine for day to day usage . . never got to read an actual end user review or opinion yet
Huawei mate7 and p8 both are good phones. Mate 7 can be had for around 600 at local retailers.
The Galaxy S6 can also be bought for around 600 as well. I know which one I'd get.
