Crystalline nose of mango and tropical fruit with some fresh citrus. This continues on to the palate which has good lift and length and well-judged oak blending in. A ripe wine but not over-exotic. Impressive. Drink 2015-2019
A complex and restrained wine, exhibiting, pear, mineral and a hint of citrus character on the bouquet; the palate is tightly wound with refined texture, and a delicate use of oak that merely acts as seasoning; long, fine and worthy of serious consideration for ageing.
