  Can't believe this isn't the normal price even though Pebble has released the Steel, and the Colour ones, and now a new circular one.

    Dick Smith is the only big electronics retailer in Au that sells the Pebble watch, perhaps due to some sort of exclusive deal arrangement in place. So they can keep the price up due to the lack of competition.

    Problem is that the new ones are kind of expensive. This original model might only come down if the new ones' prices come down. BTW, I really like mine bought back when the AUD exchange rate was more favourable, direct from pebble.com for $99.99 USD delivered from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/163598. And it is still available albeit more expensive now with the weaker AUD.
