is there an age limit for playing? what is the youngest age allowed to play the league? thinking of my son.
Maxding - the league is for adults 18+, so guessing your son might not be old enough. Does he play at a tennis club already? If not and you're looking for one I could probably point you in the right direction.

yeah, he would be too young, just turned 5 and he has never played tennis before. Any suggestions for Adelaide east/south to get him started?

Alternatively I'd recommend heading to the Tennis Australia website, they have a programme called Hot Shots Tennis for young children, you'll find your local centre with Hot Shots Tennis here - www.hotshots.tennis.com.au
