Plenty of people coming and going (many different professions and backgrounds).
Arrived and parked within 5 mins at 1ish today (Sat). Departed around 2:30 with a few open spots nearby. Between sth entrance and maccas.
Reckon most can find a park with patience and an open minded approach.

Agree, good for HIIT in general. These can take the side to side punishment from that type of exercise that destroyed my running shoes.

wtf .. very odd question …. completely different shoes .. METCON are pretty much only for squats with a barbell over 100kg and terrible for running (and even walking) .. Pegasus are for walking and running.
These have a skinny toe box though right?
