Who is this a bargain for? Certainly not the person who has to take the effort to fill in the form to get the free stickers, put them on their car and take the photo and send it back to the company; just so this company can get some free publicity.
Am I missing something here, or is the freebie considered as the stickers. Is there any other incentive?
