Borders 35% off one full priced book (instore only)

280

Just got an email with a 35% off one full priced book coupon (attached here).
It still pays to use booko (booko.com.au) to compare as often cheaper from overseas, but often if you don't want to wait a week or so, it can be a better deal to use Borders instore.

  • Great, need to get a book actually lol

  • Cheers mate, perfect I've been looking at some Books

  • can someone tell me if prices on the website are more expensive then in store or same

  • Rack really does vary I've seen cheaper online and sometimes cheaper in store they run separate promotions

But I believe in store will match their online prices

  • What's a book?
Actually this is a pretty good deal, especially if you're buying a massive travel guide or a 'Learn a New Language' setup. Thanks juicedpixels.

  • Made a phone call this morning to Doncaster branch, found out the price in the shop is more expensive than online. The lady said because online shop has low operation cost, that's why they marked the price lower than the store one.

If I buy the book from the store with this 35% discount, I have to pay 45.95 x 0.65=29.86. But if I want to get from online, I only pay for 28.95 + free shipping.

    It's your call.

    • That's probably for high volume popular titles. Often some of the more obscure titles are just as much online.

    • and if you buy it online from booko or book depository you will probably save even more!

    • many books not listed on their website but can be found in store. +1

    • That was true for me. Thanks to the discount it was about $2 less than online.

I really wanted the book last week so getting it in-store was great.

If I was patient I would definitely go with book depository/booko
