Nexus 6 64GB (XT1100, Cloud White) $606.91 @ExpansysAU

20

I have been looking at this phone for a bit now, especially with the upcoming Android 6.0 release next week. There have been precious few deals on the 64gb one and $606.91 is the best price up to this point if I am not mistaken.
Only downside is 12 months warranty.

Be aware that the new Nexus devices have been announced.

The other downside is you'll get a phone that's superseded in a few weeks.

    New one is well-priced.

Well priced? The 16gb Nexus 5X starts at AUD$659 and the 32gb 6P starts at AUD$899. I'm having a tough time deciding between a 32gb 5X (which will probably end up between $709-$759) and this deal

Hey you're right. I didn't realise the Australian pricing was out. That really is expensive, isn't it?

I'll keep my Nexus 5 for now, even though it doesn't have USB type C. Gotta have me some reversibility!

My N5 has a cracked screen, sticky power button, terrible battery life (even with replaced battery) and the back cover is falling off :( Plus the GPS is dodgy. I was really hoping the 5X would be a little more affordable, but the Aussie dollar is so much worse than 2 years ago.

I'm currently looking at either a Moto X Play (whenever they get released from Vodafone exclusivity), 5X or N6 2014. Pros and cons with each of them really.

        • @nytrojen: Did you buy it from Google Play? You know it has a 2-year warranty in Australia, right?

        • @jazoom: Yeah I did, but I thought it was only a 12 month warranty??

        • @nytrojen: Not in Australia. Wife got a brand new Nexus 5 in January this year (bought it in November 2013).

        • @jazoom: Dang! I wish I didn't already replace the battery with an Ebay one :( Could've just sent it back

    Still an expensive TABLET

  • I am not very familiar with cashrewards (I know, shame on me as an ozbargainer) but if I am reading the CR website correctly, they offer 2.66% cash back on phones from expansys AU? Can someone confirm so it can be added to the bargain?

  • This one and LG G4, which one is better?

The G4 is noticeably cheaper than this. Myself personally having upgraded from a N5 to a G3, exceedingly happy with the lg. Its a no brainer if i was deciding between the n6 or g4.imo.

      • damnit, u just cost me $458.85

        • Happy to help a fellow ozbargainer with my input. Enjoy the new gadget when it arrives.

      • Agreed. I had been waiting for the pricing to become available for all the new phones and went with the G4. To replace my Nexus 2!!

        • That's a nice upgrade.. Enjoy.. Must resist the urge..lol

  • $500 would be a better buy price for this…OP if your reading!

    • Of course it would. I hope one of the stores is reading because I am in no way affiliated with any of them :)
