      Yes sorry Typo, should be Barebone, basically it has no Internal Hard Drive, you can install your own (it has cradle, Sata cable and screws supplied) or you can use and external USB or Network drive.

          That might be because there's 12 different items/configurations with different prices.
          Although, I agree, it should at least have "From $299" or whatever.

      Hi Bazza, yes it has Auto Timers that will record the entire series, even if it finishes up for the season and comes back for the next the Beyonwiz will pick it up and start recording it again.

      Sure. They are saved as .TS (transport stream) files.

    Bought an Altech triple tuner 1Tb from Dick Smith a while ago for $132 (closer to $200 now). Records 6 channels from 3 networks and seems to work pretty well. No apps though. Always wanted to try a Beyonwiz since I mainly use Topfield (also have a Tivo still going).
