Good prices for the PS3s. If only there was a way to know what firmware version was running on them….
Bought super slim ps3 from here through the ebay 15% promotion last month, and updated online to latest firmware, but I think the original firmware was 4.6 if I remembered right.
saw new ps3 at kmart for $199 (Mt Barker, SA)
Post it as a deal then, if you've checked it's cheaper than other places selling for new.
Coincidentally, that's my local store, so I know where I'll be going after work ;)
I bought the 12G for $115.96 and only play one game, so I think it's ok for me.
I broke my PS3 controller and want a new one and they sell for $80 … I'm thinking maybe I should buy one of the deals for $1xx and sell the unit off

@lzwdavid: I thought about it too .. especially interested in the upcoming uncharted game … Then I realsied I rarely get the time to play nowadays and on average I play about 2-3 hours a month ( reason - life altering decisions taken 2 years back =S )
So Ic an't justify buying the PS4 :(
Just waiting for my laptop to die one day , then I can justify spending a little extra and get an alienware ( from US of course and when our Dollar creeps back up a little :) )

Agree with the local stock comment - I no longer buy stuff from overseas vendors on eBay , a lot are dodgy and I'm willing to pay a little premium for local stock
