Sugru is the world’s first mouldable glue that turns into rubber.

Our patented silicone technology is unique. Out of the pack, Sugru feels like play-dough, and it's that easy to use too. It bonds to almost any other material and cures just by exposing it to air. Its durable cured properties mean it'll stay strong and securely bonded anywhere from the freezer to a steamy hot shower, from the home to the great outdoors.

Sugru will stay fresh for 13 months from the date it was made. If you use it within its date, the cured Sugru will last and last. (You'll find a Use By date on the back of each individual single use foil pack).

PRO TIP: If you keep Sugru in the fridge, you can triple the number of months you have left!

    DIY fleshlight ;-p

    • Make sure it hardens first, otherwise that's another weird trip to the Emergency department.

  • was literally going to order this on amazon with the 15% off
this works out to be around $3 per pack cheaper
    thanks!

  • This deal is good as it brings the price down considerably, so thanks heaps @tonester, but just letting people know that it's possible to save even more by making your own. While the pre-packaged Sugru is nice to have in packs for use in the field, it's a bit pricey for me.

You can make your own fairly eaily, in huge quantities if necessary:

It's definitely messier than the small pre-made packs and I'm not sure if it would be possible to mix it and store for later use unless you had some way to extract all the air and seal it in an airtight bag, but being a simple mix of silicone + corn starch (plus pigment if you want) it certainly isn't rocket science. More bucket chemistry!

Another note, if you do buy Sugru, make sure you store it in the fridge, as it lasts a lot longer. Their website says it lasts about 13 months from date of manufacture, but can last three times longer if refrigerated. That 13 monhts quoted could also be for cooler UK temperatures, not Aussie summers! It probably won't last nearly as long here.

Mine definitely lasted 2, possibly 3 years. I can't recall but I don't think that was even refrigerated.
