A quick search on ebay shows that this modem router is listed for $219 with free postage from Australia.
$219 is for the router only (RT-AC68U), this is the modem/router one (DSL-AC68U).

OP needs to do better, the TPlink D9 from wireless1 is almost $100 discount with free delivery AND free IP camera. This is only $30 discount + extra delivery. The other $25 from manufacture is hardly comparable to the camera.

The TP-Link Archer D9 is showings $259 which is the standard street value, not a sale price. The deal catear is referring to was for $197.99 including delivery.
