  • Interested. Can the blade be sharpened?

    • I have this slicer for a few years. The blades are razor sharp and should last long.
      Don't think you can sharpen them.

      • I can confirm laser sharp. I lost a finger tip

  • This is a good brand, BTW. Got the v6 (mostly stainless steel) online and it was not cheap.
