    • Hi diyguitarpedals

Sorry to hear this, Can you PM your order number, i will check and get back to you today.

      • im currently still trying to sort this out with Jay from your company right now. He'll know who I am, we are on a first name basis with each other. Your courier company has now LOST THE PACKAGE and is performing a nation wide search…seriously, why the hell you guys didn't express post this out absolutely baffles me. I told Jay 1000 times how urgent the phone was. Now the replacement is lost…and a month later im still without a phone. Its just not good enough.

We have look through the case and communication history for your case. According to our record, your order was placed on 22nd September afternoon, order dispatched next day on 23rd September and order received 24th September.

Then you claimed you have an issue with your phone button, then return was authorized promptly for inspection on 25th September. Phone returned and inspected with no fault found on the 29th September, then you requested another model instead. We agreed and arrange the exchange for you on 2nd October as customer service and returned the new phone back to you by normal courier following business day.
It is unfortunate the courier was delayed due to weekend and VIC/NSW public holidays for that week, and now the courier trying to locate the parcel as requested. We are also following up the investigation daily as we speak. We have been trying to assist you every step of the way for this. Our apologies for any inconveniences causes by the delay of the courier.

As per conversation today, we happy to fulfill your request when the investigation ends. Courier is aiming to finalize the investigation before the end of this week and we aim to close this case by the end of this week.

If you have further issues, please contact us directly.

@mobileciti: Wow mobile citi, you are willing to argue with me in public about the issues, it doesn't look good for your company or service. Really not the best tactic when your dealing with a disgruntled customer to argue with them in a public forum…but that is your choice so lets do this.

You claim the phone is not faulty, I claim it is. The button is loose, it rattles. To be honest I don't care if you or Samsung claim it is normal, it looks like crap and it gets stuck when you push it down. You told me this would result in a $50 inspection fee if we sent it to Samsung, so I proposed we go with a note 5 instead of a S6 which you agreed to. I have seen multiple S6's since mine, none have had a dodgy button like mine did. I have seen others report online of this problem and they have received replacements without the rigmorale that your company has put me through.

You told me the extra charge for the note 5 would be $120. Then it was changed to $150. You did not tell me you would post economy or even offer express post at an extra, even though the last 2 phones I ordered from you were express posted and I communicated to you on multiple occasions that the phone was required urgently, absolutely baffling.

Communication with your company is slow. I'm lucky to receive a response back from you within 48 hours. When you are dealing with a cascade of ongoing issues as with my order this adds up.

Its now nearly a month later and $1000 and I am still without a phone, sorry but that's the facts.

          @diyguitarpedals:

          Will do, Thanks for understanding!

  • so many deals for s6..still waiting for lumia 930..hopefully it will happen soon

    • I'd assume one would happen when Lumia 950 and 950xl gets released in Australia :P
It's been a long time since we had a new flagship model available for Windows Phone.

      • I hope so.. but the problem is there are very few sellers for lumia 930 now…

        • True true. MS should've released a new flagship last year, sigh.
If it falls to 300~400, it'd be a good toy (Not saying that WP is bad, but just saying that it's outdated in terms of hardware).

        • @Oversimplified:

The 930 doesn't have glance and the battery is on the bad side. It even makes my G4 battery look good.

        • @Ronnnie: Not too surprising, 2420mah is tinny, Snapdragon 800 isn't exactly a low power SoC either. That said, I have a soft spot for Windows Phone. FHD + Snapdragon 800 is a reasonable combination too, given the price is right.

        • @Oversimplified:

Also I don't think the Amoled screen helps. They are a lovely phone and perform excellent still. :)

        • @Ronnnie: Doesn't WP use dark theme which reduces battery used by the AMOLED screen? That said, it probably use slightly outdated display tech and til FHD, LCD probably has the upper hand in many areas. They should've crammed in more battery. What I remember from Lumia 925 was, if I don't use the phone, standby battery life is amazing, but as soon as I start using it, it drains like crazy. Probably is because of actual physical battery being small (I'd assume similar case).

Guys, just be ware of the screen quality of this handset. Last Saturday I bought an Edge Plus from the Samsung Experience Store at Melbourne Central and only yesterday I discovered that the screen was full of burn-in lines and patches, clearly visible when set to any white background like Google or settings. Having the sun shining directly on the screen (this is when the auto brightness kicks in to the fullest) made it look terribly bad - sort of greyish/yellowish mosaic. I googled the issue and I found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/help/screen-burn-t….

It took me exactly 60 minutes to have the phone refunded as the store manager was refusing to approve it under DOA and was insisting that the handset needs to be inspected first asking me to come back to the store the following day. Well, the man was clearly ignoring the Consumer Guarantees / Consumer Rights Victoria. 60 minutes of begging him for a refund of a faulty handset - a fault that was initially confirmed by his colleague. I never ever came across a situation like this. It was sad, extremely disappointing but not surprising (had plenty of issues with Samsung in the past).

Thankfully he ultimately gave in and refunded the handset (whooping 1,299.00).

Just do yourself a favour and inspect the screen first before commiting. All display models at the store had the same problem and this is why I did not go for an exchange.

    Good luck guys!

    Hi. Mobileciti rep.
I am still waiting for my iPhone order to arrive. While I wait I have a couple of questions to ask Mobileciti rep. We uncovered fraudulent activity in your supply chain according to your explanation. What action are taking to this fraudulent supplier? Repackaging-resealing used iPhones and sell them to public as brand new iPhones is fraudulent practice. To protect your reputation as a good seller, what are going to do? I don't think that just saying sorry and refunding is surely not enough.

      Hi Ccrew

We have just been informed by our supplier today regarding about this Apple iPhone stock that they have sent us mix of brand new and demo stock for this batch, however it is uncertain which phones are demo. If you have received the iPhone which is demo, please contact our customer service team for return.

We have also updated our listing for this product as demo units to avoid confusion.

We will try our best to stop same issue happening again in the future.

Hi. Mobileciti rep. As I have not received the iPhone from you yet so I only can hope that " your supplier?" did send me a brand new iPhone as you had discribed in eBay over the weekend. Also I like to suggest that Mobileciti to contact all the people who have ordered this iPhone deal through eBay contact re this fraudulent stock. Lucky that I checked Oz bargain today and saw the original comment by yeh of fraudulent iPhone from Mobileciti. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/215192
Biggest issue I have is that your supplier? knowingly repackage and re-sealed demo iPhone to sell as new. That's not a simple mistake,to go through this much trouble to re-seal the package
"your supplier ? " had clear intention to rip somebody off. You should report " your supplier?" to protect your reputation.
