My only gripe with purchasing;

If a selected/depicted colour is not available, we'll send you the same model in a different colour.

I suggest you email customers before sending an item that isn't as described. It will save you a lot of time, money and effort.

  Hey there - this is a fair call. We actually do get in touch with people before we send an item out if there's an issue with stock.
  
  This is a carry over from when our suppliers didn't provide us with any colour information. Although we didn't have colour selectors back then, customers would see an image of, say, a red Lambo, and reasonably assume the one they would receive would be in that colour - but we couldn't guarantee that. We might get a shipment in and they'd all be blue or green, and that's what we'd have until they sold.
  
  Now we've fixed the process so we can stock by colour, so we can remove that note. Thanks for helping us improve!
