  I don't think they're wanting every Tom, Dick and Harry who aren't wholesalers to call up and ask for a free sample. They're going to want to know who you are representing when you ask for your free sample.

  Actually got the free sample info from a flyer in the shopping centre so i believe it is targeted at individuals. I had no issues ordering a sample.
