Get put in hospital for 2 days lol, that got me to quit after 12 years of smoking, and no I wasn't in hospital because of smokes :)

Haven't tried Gum Or any measure to help stop but heard e ciggs are pretty good helping cut down and that's the first step, although I literally went cold turkey, maybe that's why on second night I was being rude to the nurses lol

my partner and a few others I know who used Champix had nightmares and weird dreams. I could see it tipping some people over the edge…. I've read about the american version of this drug causing hundreds of suicides!
