      Voucher is automatic if you are using your own ebay account name, and its over the $100 mark.
      A voucher code will be emailed on nov.1 … you put that into a redemption code box when you want to use it.

      The voucher deal expires 11.59pm on 26 october .. so you have a few days yet before committing to any purchase
      (assuming whatever product you are interested in is still available then - and has not sold out)

      Have you opened them up? to find the exact drive inside. There could be many reasons for having certain issues. Manufacturer fault? firmware fault? etc, some drives last, some drives don't. They build and sell them so fast these days that running into duds become a norm. Same with RAM. Depends at what volume you buy these in. For just one person it just becomes bad luck I guess.
